Maximus Global Fund is an open-ended fund which is structured in corporate form with limited liability and variable share capital (Société d’Investissement à Capital Variable), duly registered in Anguilla and incorporated under the laws of that country for an undetermined period. Maximus Global Fund was established under Registration Number 1034317 on 9 June 2020, pursuant to the Companies Act 2000 (Revised Statutes of Anguilla RSA C65). Maximus Global Fund is not authorised to and does not provide financial advice. No information contained on this website should be construed, or relied upon, as advice. If you require financial and/or investment advice, please engage the services of an independent financial adviser.

Maximus Global Fund is managed by Genève Capital Management Limited (the 'Management Company') which is registered as a management company under the Mutual Funds Act 2014, in terms of which it operates unit trust portfolios under the Maximus Global Fund, and is supervised by the Financial Services Commission. Collective Investment Schemes in Securities (unit trusts or funds) are generally medium- to long-term investments. Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance. Movements in exchange rates may also cause the value of underlying international investments to go up or down. The Management Company does not provide any guarantee regarding the capital or the performance of its unit trusts. It is therefore important to understand the risks involved before investing. Funds may be closed to new investments at any time in order for them to be managed according to their mandates. Unit trusts are traded at ruling prices and can engage in borrowing and scrip lending. A schedule of fees, charges and maximum commissions is available on request, at no charge, from Maximus Global Fund. The trustee/custodian of the Maximus Global Fund is Geneva Trust Corporation.
